New RedHat installation

I've been working on a cleaned-up RedHat installation. I've modified
the redhat installation scripts to add some functionality that will
make our lives somewhat easier.

	1) I modified the script to configure X after everything
else is done

	2) the installation script knows about net-18, somewhat. If
we make our own bootdisks, we can create a perl file /defaults/network
on the bootdisk fs which contains perl code to generate default
networks.

	3) I've modified the package selection mechanism. First, it
is now possible to create a package listing with individual defaults
for each package (in addition to defaults for each set). Second, it
is possible to have multiple sets of these and allow the user to
choose which one to install.

I've created an Athena series file. Please read and comment
on it. In particular, please comment on my choices for "on" and
"off"... A 0 is off and a 1 is on, of course. The format of the file
is:

<Version number>

<install? bool> <Set name>
% <Set Size>
@ <Short name>
<install? bool> <package name>
...
end

And the file is /mit/linux/people/warlord/redhat/athena-series

So, the next question is: how can I test this installation? Could I,
for example, reinstall lime in order to test this install procedure?

Anyways, let me know what you think. I should mention that users
still need to partition their drives (although the script helps with
that)...

-derek

PS: Still todo:
	1) add an "upgrade to Linux-2.0" set (or wait for redhat
3.0.4)

	2) rebuild the linux2 sources and build all the athena
packages

	3) Setup small gods to have the new configuration files and
Athena packages (note: my changes are backwards compatible, so someone
that uses the standard redhat install will not notice my change).
