Apparently the problem is with libc. I'm not sure exactly, but joanna
was able to run it on her system which used libc.5.2.16. It segfault'ed
on mine using libc.5.0.9. Do you get any error messages other than
"Segmentation fault"?
Using the package one, I get just that message, but using
/mit/joanna/xcluster, I get:
/mit/joanna/xcluster: can't resolve symbol '__res'
Segmentation fault
I'm not convinced upgrading your libc will help.
I might attempt to upgrade my libc this weekend to see.
