Summary: canonical SIPB-AFS sources are now in
/afs/sipb/project/afs/src/sipb-3.3/src. There is a build directory in
/afs/sipb/project/afs/build, currently empty.

I instead put this stuff in /afs/sipb/project/afs/attic/src-cruft.
