I took the linux version out
of the locker because I couldn't compile the new version due to the fact
that quiche is broken; /sbin and /usr/sbin are no longer there

Quiche never had /sbin or /usr/sbin. They are not part of the last Linux
fs standard (which came out a long time ago and is in the process of being
redone.) (And I hope they stay out of the standard, but that's an other
story.)

(Ted or Mark or whoever maintains it: how about feeding the standards
channel to the discuss meeting?)

-Thal.
