Umm, the AFS tree is currently under RCS to mimic the Athena tree (and
transarc tree, I believe). Also, the makefiles are even expecting the
RCS tree to be there. Is there any reason that we need to put AFS
under CVS?
Second, what needs to be cleaned up about the AFS source tree?
