I'm not totally certain about the source distribution policy
for the Athena sources that are a part of Linux-Athena
so it's probably better if someone else answers this person's
question.

Dear Erik,

My name is Chris Stradtman. I am an employee at the Univ. of Ga.
We are in the process of setting up a Linux/FreeBSD cluster for the
purpose of providing general Unix cycles to the students on campus. What we
envision is a cluster of Linux boxes(application servers) connected to
the campus through one interface and to the FreeBSD (file server) on the
other side. It appears to me that the ATHENA project is a good glue to
use to try and present this cluster as one virtual machine to the users.
To this end we are looking at some of the pieces such as hesiod, zephry,
and OLC as a mechanism to make this work.

Anyway to make a long story longer, I found you information on
the web as being a key person in getting athena to work on Linux and was
wanting to ask a couple questions.

When getting hesiod to work did you just patch the clients or did you
patch the shared libraries?

Are the patches, or examples of the patches available online?

Thanks for your time.

						Sincerely,
						Chris Stradtman
