I updated kerberos.tgz to include /etc/noremote. I modified the
package list in AFS to include /bin/athena/login and /etc/noremote,
but I built the package using rev 1.3 of the kerberos package list
(with /bin/athena/login and /etc/noremote added), since Sal had made
some changes which will break with our other a.out packages.
Now when people install kerberos.tgz, their machines won't become
publicly accessible.
