Just a little too soon... F.ROOT-SERVERS.NET is going stop being on net 39
real soon now, as exp-39 draws to a close.

F.ROOT-SERVERS.NET.     99999999        IN      A       39.13.229.241

Unfortunately I deleted the message that (I think) had the new (old?) address,
but someone (jhawk?) probably has it handy or the time and energy to look
for it. :)
