Hi.
Please create system.linux.usrx11, mounted on
/afs/sipb/system/i386_linux1/usr/X11R6. It will hold the Linux
XFree86 3.1.2 ELF distribution. It should be about 50 megs or so. It
should be writable by linux-dev. I don't see any good reason for it
to be replicated or backed up.
