I updated the mit-named.tgz package so that it will work with the
recent slackware (bind 4.9.3) named. I moved the information that was
in the named.mit into the named.root file, so that named would accept
it.
If you have a working named setup, there is no reason to update. If
you are not using named, then you should obtain the mit-named package
from /mit/linux/packages, install it, and modify /etc/rc.d/rc.inet2 to
run named.
