The mbone locker now supports the newly-released (as of 3am this
morning) vat, sd, and wb for Linux.
vat and wb seem to have some problems functioning correctly in unicast
mode (the other ends don't see/here them), and the vat audio is
annoyingly choppy on the Linux machine where I tried it, as well as
the NetBSD-current machine where I ran it under emulation; I suspect a
buffering problem. I'm also not sure if the microphone interface works
properly.
nv and vic are also installed there, and have been for some time.
Nevertheless, it's there, and feel free to try it. Send bug reports to
me or to vat@ee.lbl.gov.

ps: remember, linux still does not support multicast tunneling,
so to connect to the mbone you need an mbone tunnel on another machine
on your subnet.
