m: of $ 10.8m Dollars in an account that belongs to one of our foreign cust=
omer who died with his entire family in an air crash.

Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next o=

t want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill.

The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained u=
nclaimed after ten years, the money will be transferred into the bank treas=
ury account as unclaimed fund. The request of a foreigner as next of kin in=
this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner =
and a Burkina citizen cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner.=20

I wish to inform you that 40% of this money will be for you as foreign part=
ner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, while the remaining =
60% would be for me.

Thereafter I will visit your country for disbursement according to the perc=
entages indicated.Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund t=
o you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as a business partner /=
next of kin of the deceased indicating the bank details wherein the money =
will be remitted.=20
