Dear ITAG members;
I'm going to be joining you at your meeting next Wednesday at 1:30 to
follow up on the Software Accessibility Policy and Guidelines. A draft web
page can be found at http://web.mit.edu/atic/www/sw/ for your review. We
decided it made sense to incorporate the web and software guidelines
together in one location, as well as create checklists for purchasers that
contain simpler language than the software developer pages. Please note
that these are still being worked on and may contain some typos. We are
working on some visual examples of the guidelines for purchasers to refer
to -- those are in development as well.
I hope you get a chance to review these guidelines before we meet next
