I've been taking some medication that interfered with my timing. In other words, I was shooting a little prematurely, though I had no problem getting an erection. 50mg of Cailis has worked very well. There wasn't a noticeable difference until the 3rd dose for me. Because it allows more blood to flow into the area, there is a slight increase in size, but the orgasms are a little less intense. In any event, the stuff did a nice job of correcting my problem. I can go for a long time now before climaxing, and there is better control. Hope this helps...
