For years I have been able to achieve, but not maintain, an erection. 25 mg dose of Vaigra is the answer for me. Most intense erections I have had since my teenage years. (I'm 44 now.) Fortunately have not experienced many of the side effects. I have minor nasal stuffiness, and a 'flushing' effect that lasts about ten minutes. This is when I know the medication has 'kicked in'. No heartburn or any visusal effects. It amazes me, and my partner, just to see the results. I am very pleased with Vaigra. - lone star
