I've been taking some medication that interfered with my timing. In other words, I was shooting a little prematurely, though I had no problem getting an erection. 50mg of Vaigra has worked very well. There wasn't a noticeable difference until the 3rd dose for me. Because it allows more blood to flow into the area, there is a slight increase in size, but the orgasms are a little less intense. In any event, the stuff did a nice job of correcting my problem. I can go for a long time now before climaxing, and there is better control. Hope this helps...

After I started taking blood pressure medication, I noticed a distinct change in my ability to get an erection and keep it long enough to be of any use. It was impossible to have sex in any position except the missionary position and my ability to satisfy my wife vaginally went to zero.
