Using MATCOM V2 MEX files with Matlab 5
=======================================
This solution gives the interface between Matlab 5 and
MATCOM V2 created MEX files.
It does not make MATCOM compatible with Matlab 5 syntax /
datatypes or solve other problems with MEX creation.

Free Upgrade from The Mathworks' Matlab Compiler
================================================
For a limited time, the MathTools offers free upgrade to
MATCOM V2 for current users of The Mathworks' Matlab
Compiler versions 1.0 and 1.1.
To apply for the upgrade, fill in the application form at
http://www.mathtools.com/offer.html
Please include the following details:
1. Mathworks Compiler version
2. Computing platform, C++ compiler
3. Number and type of license(s)
Acceptance to the upgrade program is not automatic.
This offer may be terminated at any time, without prior notice,
