The announcement is finally out for the next Maple conference.
This takes the place of MSWS, which I believe is now split into
two (or perhaps more) events, one for the west coast, and I think another
one is supposed to happen later this year somewhere on the east coast.
Contact addresses for more information are included towards the end of
the posting.

conference participants will also be able to view, test
drive, and advance order Maple V Release 4.

All presentations will be on the use of Maple V and Theorist
in education, academia, industry, physics, engineering,
mathematics, applied sciences, and research and will range
from introductory, intermediate, advanced and expert levels
on the use of Maple V and Theorist. Please see the end of this message
for specific details on each of the conference elements.

The main conference will comprise of: Keynote presentations,

mini-courses, Contributed Paper Sessions, Panel discussions and
Vendor Exhibits.

The keynote speaker is Dr. Tom Casselman, a research
scientist in the R & D Division of Lockheed. His talk will
focus on "Maple V For the Scientist/Engineer - Myth and Reality!"
Please see topics from other invited speakers at the end of this
message.

The majority of the conference will be a series of 75
minute "tutorial mini-courses" in a laboratory setting,
with speakers demonstrating and attendees participating in
a variety of topics ranging from mathematical research,
applied physics, engineering, education, and industrial
applications of Maple V and Theorist.	During the conference,
a variety of talks will be presented from which
participants will be able to choose. Special sessions
during the conference will focus on the new features of
Maple V Release 4.

*Call for Papers*

provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions
that only the experts can answer!

Subjects will include:
1. Theorist, with its creator, Allan Bonadio
2. Maple V & Differential Equations Solvers, with Bob Borelli
3.  Maple V & 3D Graphics, TBA
4. Maple V & Numerical Analysis, with Stan Devitt
5. Maple V & Applications Problems, with Robert Lopez

More groups will be formed as areas of interest are
determined.  Please see registration form.

Conference Registration
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The full registration fee is $200 US. Students with proper
identification may register for $100 US. The deadline for
the advance registration is July 15, 1995. A $50 US late
