MIT is running zephyr on AIX 3.1. The most important change is to add a
check for malloc(0) returning NULL in a few places in the library and
hostmanager.
We're planning to make a new zephyr release available soon (really...we mean
it this time...). We want to clean up the server source first rather than
make a release without a zephyr server.
