Hey Heather! Hope you had a good Friday...
mine went pretty well - skipped my morning class to sleep in, did some lab,
then took off to the Logs concert. We wound up singing for like 15 old
guys - not quite our idea of a great gig. But they paid us money and we
had a good time, so it's all good.
Then we came back and made a guest appearance at the APhi open mixer, which
they loved. That was fun cause I got to hang out and eat cookies. Oh, and
I guess I got to say hi to a few people, too.
:)
Then I came back here and lifted lots and helped the frosh put up
decorations and watched Starship Troopers (quite the retarded, yet funny
movie ... if you haven't seen it, don't spend the money).
THEN, to show their appreciation for my help, the frosh showered me.
Figures...they waited till AFTER I was done lifting, and it STILL took 10
of em. [sigh] First time they've gotten me. Now it's WAR!
So i'm off to bed (all sore and wet - you're kinda guy, huh?)
Just wanna give you some last-minute info about tomorrow. First off, buy
me lots of presents. I like presents.
Secondly, and definitely not more important than #1, directions to the
concert:
goto 77 Mass Ave at MIT (the big building with the columns). Walk up the
stairs and in the doors. Got that figured out? Good...this won't be too
hard, then. Walk 1/2 way down the corridor and go up the big flight of
stairs on your right (second set you'll pass). Take a right and then the
entrance to the hall is the big doors on your left. There'll prolly be
lots o people waiting in line, so just follow everyone else.
I hope you're bringing someone - wouldn't want you to have to go all alone
just to see me. If you ARE alone, it's cool if you wanna stay here and eat
and hang out until I get back - I wouldn't mind. [Although singing to you
at the concert might be cool...]
Remember, it's at 7:30 no need to get there before 7:15 but don't be too
late - you might miss us!
