I'm running zephyr on a non hesiod cluster,
I am not familiar with how Zephyr works without Hesiod, so you may be
having problems I do not understand.
I am running non-Hesiod, non-Kerberos Zephyr at DEC (ZKO). There are
no problems with this version, except for a few NULL pointer bugs found
when I disabled Kerberos. Therefore, Zephyr should work the same with
or without Hesiod.
