Windows NT 4.0 (SP 6) - USB Port?

Hello,
I have a simple question: Does Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6 support
USB ports. I cannot add or even locate the USB port through the Control
Panel -- Ports. I have a HP Vectra P.C. with 2 USB ports.
