Dannie,
this URL takes you to the page from which you can download the latest
Iomega NT drivers (version 1.5):

   http://www.iomega.com/support/software/winnt.html

I have not used the 1.5 version, but I have done the 1.41 drivers twice
now. In that version, the installation involved two stages.

a.) unpack and install the ZipTools user software on your workstation.
b.) create a floppy disk with Iomega specific scsi driver INF files.

The zip drive didn't work until you followed the directions in the readme
file. Those directions said, basically, to:
- run the Scsi Adapters control panel,
- switch to the Drivers panel,
- Add a device...
- press Have Disk... and put the floppy made by the iomega installer into A:
- pick the Iomega gadget you have...
And off you go.

Again, these were the steps involved in the 1.41 drivers. I haven't tried
1.5 but I'm guessing the overall process of installing the end user tools
and the system-level device drivers is similar.
Try downloading the new installer and let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
  Rob
