I found a Microsoft Knowledge Base article for downloading all the pieces
of IE 5.5 for the various operating systems. Instead of using the link
they provide in the article, I recommend
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=25479 to get the
5.5SP1 ie5setup.exe.
