Hi all,
I had actually encountered a few pemissions-related errors when I built a
win2000 machine from the ground up. Both Netscape and (if I remember)
Brioquery 5.5 had issues running as a regular User. I built another
machine using NT 4, installed all my apps, then upgraded to win2000 sp-1.
Guess what? No errors :)
