MIT personal Web certificates expire periodically. Certificates obtained
between September 1999 and June 18, 2000, will expire on July 31, 2000. To
check the expiration date of your MIT personal certificate, go to
http://web.mit.edu/is/help/cert/certsexp.html and follow the instructions.

Renewal of personal certificates is not automatic. If your personal
certificate expires on July 31, 2000, renew as soon as possible to assure
continued access to MIT secure Web applications such as Benefits,
CaseTracker, ECAT, Roles, SAPweb, and WebSIS. Certificates obtained after
June 18, 2000, are valid for 365 days or until July 31, 2001, whichever
comes first.

If you have questions about or problems with certificates, contact the IS
Business Liaison Team (http://web.mit.edu/blt/).
