Hello Partners.

Also at our last meeting we discussed ways in which the forum could be
improved and attendance increased.

People had mentioned that they depend on the email reminders to know when
our meetings will occur and having a set agenda would be nice.

I've come up with a few questions to help me get an idea of what aspects of
the user group could be improved...

1. Would people like to see the meeting happen on a different day and
time? Presently, we meet every fourth Monday of the month at noon for
about one hour. Would you like to meet more or less often?

2. How does the current location work for everyone? We now meet in
E19-758. Would anyone like to see the location change occasionally? Maybe
meet in N42? E40? or elsewhere?

3. Would people like to have a guess speaker at every meeting if possible?
At our last meeting the desire to have an update from the Pismere team was
expressed. Are there other teams that people would like to see occasionally?

4. Would you like to have site reports from each member at the meetings?
"What's going on in your lab/department?"

Please send me any answers or comments you may have in response to these
questions. Also, feel free to suggest additional questions or changes that
I could forward along to the list.

Thanks,
Leonard Kimble
