I have a machine at home, a Dell desktop P-133. It is running NT 4.0 and
Servpack 3. I want to get stills from a digital-8 Camcorder. Word is, I
need a USB interface.
Can this be done? IRQ's might be tight on this machine. What IRQ does USB
use (or like)?
