I just visited both sites, and both work with Windows Media Player. My
recommendation - remove RealPlayer and replace it with Windows Media
Player. WMP (Windows Media Player) has the ability to intercept and play
RealPlayer audio. On some systems, there seems to be some
problem/incompatibility with RealPlayer, but WMP doesn't have these issues.
When installing WMP, make sure you do NOT have any web browser running.
This will give WMP a chance to update the web browsers you want to use.
WMP is available via the following URL:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer/default.asp
Hope this helps.
