I'm in the final stages of revising and updating the Windows NT web pages.
Could the people on this list (whoever you are) please let me know who
should use this list and for what kinds of questions? For example, is it
primarily for the NT Partners, for the Computing Help Desk, or is it for
anyone in the MIT community? If for the community, then how does a user
decide to send a question or problem to winnt vs. the Computing Help Desk?
