Browser session timeout error message

Hello:
A small number of clients are experiencing a problem trying to access a
website here at Sloan. The clients are running Windows NT and are using
Netscape as the browser. They are trying to access a SQL data driven
website that resides on an NT Server running IIS 3.0. The error message
they are getting is:
"Your browser session has timed out. Please log back in"
Logging back in does not alleviate the problem. Any suggestions?
