Rob,

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. Your replies were very
helpful.

Sounds great!

The only question I can think of just now concerns an existing NT domain -- it
seems I can connect to the PKS domain (as you mentioned), but adding/listing
the member computers of the domain fails. NT cannot find the controller for
the PKS domain. I assumed MIT controlled that domain, but I guess that isn't
right is it? If not, then how can I find out where/who is the domain
controller for PKS? I know no computer in the house is a controller...

Actually, I have another question. Do I have to choose to be a domain
controller during install of NT Server, or can I set that later? If it can
only be done at install, will re-installing now cause me to lose all my
present applications (i.e., will I have to re-install all my software as
well?) I'd hate to re-install NT only to find all my program groups are lost
as happens with a 95-to-NT transition...

Thank you again,
Charlie
