Thanks to all who replied with great suggestions!
For your info, here's what I learned:
I found the updated drivers/new intall programs I needed at
<http://www.iomega.com/support/software/winnt.html. Read the NTreadme.txt
file dated January 1998 for updated instructions. The new install program
prompts you to install the SCSI driver which it names "Iomega ZIP Parallel
Port/Jazz Traveller Driver" in the SCSI Control Panel.
Don't forget to reinstalled NT service pack3 (Oh ya).
