John,

Just two minutes before I received your email a colleague and I were on the
Web at the Adobe web site looking to purchase the software. According to
their specs Acrobat v.3 is not compatable with Win NT...as I was reading
your email we were discussing whether or not to install it to a Win 95
computer in our office, which it is compatable with. This could be your
problem! Or maybe there is a way to get around it. I'm looking forward to
hearing other responses
