Folks,
following so close on the heels of last week's IT-Partners meeting, the
NT partners meeting normally scheduled for today is CANCELLED.
For the promised links to Microsoft's Service Packs and Hot Fixes
download sites, check http://web.mit.edu/winnt/. The Teardrop2
vulnerability does extend to all NT Workstations as well as Servers. It
takes moments of your time to download and install the fix, so do it today.
The simple directions are to download tearfixi.exe for intel machines, and
run it. Doing so replaces the tcpip.sys file in your NT system.
