If the above link doesn't work, it might be dynamic, do a search for
'teardrop' and restrict your search to 'support & the knowledge base' this
will give a list and the first item will take you to the hotfixes page.
Each hotfix has a blurb about what it fixes and after downloading you will
have a readme with install instructions and more details.
