Hi All,
There will be no Winpartners Meeting this month. Please join the
Software Release Team as it hosts a Software Town Meeting this upcoming
Monday from 12-1:30 pm in the Marlar Lounge (37-252). I have included
the original invitation composed by Jonathan Hunt. Please make sure to
RSVP to Deb Bowser by tomorrow if you plan to attend. I look forward to
seeing you there!

Good Afternoon,
The Software Release Team will be hosting a Software Town Meeting this
coming Monday, July 28 from noon to 1:30 in the Marlar Lounge (37-252)
to hear from you what is most helpful in terms of software and software
release.
Anyone from the MIT community is invited to join us. We will be
providing a pizza lunch, so please RSVP to Deb Bowser <bowser@mit.edu>
by this Thursday, July 24th, so that we have enough for everyone.
A second Software Town Meeting will be held at the same time and place
on Friday, August 8th. If you have opinions about the software made
available for the MIT community or about the release process, we
encourage you to attend one of the meetings to share your opinions. If
you are are unable to attend the meetings, you are welcome to send
comments to swrt@mit.edu.
The format of the meetings will be pizza and a brief presentation by IS
about some of the things we have done regarding software followed by
breakout discussions in small groups focused on your needs and requests.
