Don't forget that sometimes your best help can be found just by emailing
IT partners, Mac partners, and Win partners email lists. There is a lot
of excellent system administrator and consultant talent at MIT and list
members are very good about getting back to you with a solution.

Add to that John Savill's FAQs (most under the Windows 2000 Mag umbrella
now)
http://www.windows2000faq.com/

The JSI Inc Tip database
http://www.jsiinc.com/reghack.htm

There used to be the excellent Beverly Hills Software techcenter at
http://www.bhs.com/techcenter/, but seems to have been swallowed up by
JupiterMedia...

Well, the obvious
http://support.microsoft.com/
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/

For some good security info
http://is-it-true.org/

There are simply too many Web-based forums and newsgroups to list...

...and ditto Tim's notes below, especially TechNet and SysInternals.
