There may also be a relevant option in the TweakUI PowerToy for
Windows 2000. The latest is 1.33 for Windows 2000, located at
http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp
It may have some relevant setting, but if there isn't and what
Eduardo suggested doesn't work, it means FileMaker made the choice to
use scrolling menus instead of panels. You should also try their
knowledge base and/or complain.
