I am not sending this mail to embarass you ,But to have you in confidence on a Business transaction.it is in respect of the strict confidence subsequent to the assurance given to me of your honesty and versatility in business that motivated my interest to seek your co-operation on this particular transaction .
We have Eighty-five million USD($85,000,000)from an overcost/ inflated contract from the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation(NNPC).This contract was awarded to

supply,install,erect and the commissioning of oil conveyor for Kaduna refinery complex.
However,PETROTECH NIG. LTD. abandoned this project
because of inflationary trend and consequent
difficulties in obtaining a re-valuation from the Ministry .The project has been re-awarded to a foreign firm,since it has been completed and commissioned,and infact ,the contractor has been fully paid .
Now,I and Three of my colleagues in the corporation (NNPC) have been able to process the abandoned contract for payment,We are therefore seeking your assistance and
permission to transfer this amount into your private
company's or your private account for security
reasons and we would want you to assist usin many other areas like investing in your country.
For your assistance ,you will be compensated with
25% of the total sum .
Please notify me of your acceptance to do this
business urgently as every arrangement has been
concluded.More details will be sent to you as soon
as we hear from you.Be rest assured that there is no risk involved in this transaction.
For purpose of communication in lieu of this transaction , we request for your private telephoneand fax numbers.But where
you cannot handle this deal for obvious
reasons,kindly nominate someone you trust and your
commision will be renegotiated.
