Barbara,
You can either (1) run the network install and in the Advanced options
(where you select a 'full' or 'custom' install), choose to 'Download only'
to get the components for installing on other machines. Note that this
option will only download and not install on the local machine you are
doing this.
Or, (2), you can run the executable above with the following switches from
the Command Prompt to get the components. See

I do this fairly often with each release, so let me know if you need
earlier versions of IE for any reason, and I can get them to you or provide
links.
