The MS03-010 security bulletin (RPC DoS) mentions that NT4 is vulnerable,
but that no patch will be forthcoming. MS says that the fact that there's
no patch shouldn't bother anyone running NT4, since of course we're
blocking 135 at the firewall. Right...
So, until we can move to Active Directory, does anyone have any suggestions
on how I can keep my domain controllers from being killed on a regular
basis by folks far far away? Recommendations for NT-friendly software
firewalls so I can restrict 135 to our subnets?
Thanks,
Tim
