The simplest solution is to add the IP addresses of remote hosts you wish
to access into the file called LMHOSTS, typically located in \windows or
\winnt.  It has entries of the form:

18.18.18.18	servername	#PRE

Make sure after you edit the file that it doesn't get saved as
lmhosts.txt.  It must not have an extension.

Then (after rebooting) you can map a network drive using

	\\servername\sharename

You generally can't see remote servers in NetNeigh since Windows
networking relies on broadcasts within the workgroup to identify hosts.
