I've been dutifully reading the letters from this list for
quite a while but have yet to actually write anything. So!
First off, my cholesterol went from 165 (eating meat) to
120 (taken this past year after 7 years meat-free) which
I believe is almost completely vegetarian-related.
Secondly, since I'm bad about keeping email in my mbox,
could anyone tell me some veg restaurants in boston and
west of boston?
Third, I just wanted to let all of you know that I have
managed to help many people turn vegetarian (though this
was a feat when I was in grad school in Texas) and that
we should never stop trying or educating.
