Hi all,
This year's Activities Midway will be held on August 27 from 6 to
8pm. This is a great chance to interest new people in our group.
Last year, in fact, more than 75 people joined our list at this event.
Not bad for 2 hours' work, huh?
As the date approaches, we will need people to plan and staff the
booth. Right now, all we need to know is whether or not we *want* a
booth (I vote "yes"). Also, we are allowed to request up to two early
returns. Evidently they ask, in return for your return, that you
come early to help set up and stay late to help break down the event.
The application deadline is quickly approaching (Fri, July 12), so
if you have any thoughts on this issue or want an early return, please
speak up *soon*.
