Last week at Haymarket
Portabella Mushrooms were $1.00 per lb.
I purchased a pound and ate them raw.
Ootstanding.
Also, if you don't like raw salads,
you can combine the raw and the cooked,
a la Claude Levi Strauss (structuralism).

Finally, if you have some really great recipes,
perhaps you would like to share them at the
Sunday vegetarian picnic in Nahant.
We have more than enough cars to
carry as many vegetarian MIT students
as want to go.
