Here's the vegetarian menu items for the week of May 13-17

v= vegan
l-o = lacto ovo vegetarian

Mediterranean Tradewinds

The cook to order concept here has been coming along well.
The freshest ingredients are prepared to order from your
choice of selected items to create a meal especially for
you.  Choose from a variety of fresh vegetables & soy 
protiens served with fresh grains or pasta and a choice of
three sauces.  Watch your meal being cooked in front of you.

M 5/13: Vegetable paella  v
	Sweet potato polenta  v
T 5/14: Medley of grains & legumes  v
	Transylvanian eggplant casserole   l-o
W 5/15: Italian Vegetable Bake   l-o
	Veggie bean burrito  l-o
Th 5/16:Cheese musaka  l-o
	Wild rice & corn pancakes  l-o
F 5/17: Mushroom rissotto  l-o
	Puff pastry pizza  v

WALKER MEMORIAL
M 5/13 (dinner): Tomato, zucchini & chickpeas with pasta   v
Th 5/16 (lunch): Cantonese stir fried vegetables with rice  v
		 Vegetarian Vegetable Soup  v
M-F a variety of side orders including steamed veggies available
    from our Traditions menu, as well as a variety of veggie
    entees from our Trattoria menu (lasagna, pasta w/veggies, linguini
    with marinara, & sometimes tofu & bean raviolis).  During
    dinner we always have fresh cooked to order 5 vegetable stir fries.
    Veggie chili available every day for lunch & dinner.

BAKER DINING

T 5/14: Veggie Tacos w/ bean or meat analogue (soyfood) filling   v or l-o
