Here are the vegetarian foods to be served on campus this week.
v = vegan
l-o = lacto-ovo vegetarian

NOTE:
Following the recent dining services survey, plans are being made
to revise Mediterranean Trade Winds menu to include more low-fat,
healthy vegetarian foods.  If any of you have recipes you would
like for us to consider, please send them along.

Lobdell (Mediterranean Trade Winds):
Mon 4/1: Vegetable paella (v)
         Sweet Potato Polenta (v)
Tues 4/2: Medley of grains & legumes (v)
         Transylvanian eggplant (l-o)
Wed 4/3: Italian vegetable bake (l-o)
         Vegetable bean burrito (l-o)
Thurs 4/4: Wild rice & corn pancakes (l-o)
         Cheese musaka (l-o)
Fri 4/5: Mushroom Rissotto (l-o)
         Puff Pastry Pizza (v)


Baker Dining:
Sun 3/31: Sweet & Sour Tempeh (v)
Mon 4/1:  Eggplant parmesan (l-o)
Tues 4/2: Tofu w/ broccoli (v)
Wed 4/3:  Sweet corn polenta (v)
Thurs 4/4:Stuffed zucchini (v)
 

Walker Memorial:
M-F: Veg Chili, steamed veg, & regular menu items from Trattoria & N.E. 
Traditions

Networks:
M-F: Regular menu items (incl. veg. burger, stir fry, & 3 veg. gourmet
sandwiches) and daily specials T.B.A. each day.
