Laura,
I checked with CAC on the set-up for Kresge, sidewalk chalking, postering the
sidewalk, and extension cords/easels. The person in charge of the set-up for
Kresge won't be in until Wednesday morning, so I left the specifications for
everthing we would need, and I scheduled a meeting with him at 10:00 Wednesday
to confirm everything. On sidewalk chalking/postering, they said they didn't
have an official policy, but that it had been done before. As long as we don't
draw/display anything obscene and take it down afterwards, it should be alright.
About the two easels, they said it was under the department of building
services, and so I tried with them. They said they'd get back to me, but I was
in the student center so I gave them your number. I'll try again, but in the
case that I can't get through, someone else can try too-> their number is
x3-7923. The extension cords we needed should come with the TV if the TV is
coming from audio/visual services. That's about it for now. I'll let you know
if anything else comes up.
