Hello all,
You may have already heard that we're holding a small organizational
meeting today (Sunday) at 2pm, to tie things together for the Meaout (this
Wednesday the 20th). We're meeting in the 3rd floor coffeehouse in the
student center. Due simply to time constraints, we may decide not to do
the Student Center poster; but there are still several things to go over
and get excited about!
You'll get another message on this topic soon -- I'm starting to staff our
booths for Wednesday (the big day) and Monday. Unless you have absolutely
no free time on Wednesday ;) I'll be asking you for an hour of your time to
help out with our presence. On Wednesday, we'll have booths in Lobby 10,
Lobdell, and Walker. On Monday, we're going to be in Lobby 10 to collect
signatures for the meatout pledge (and pass out food samples?)
** While you're thinking about it, why not mail me now (reply to this
message) with the time you'll be able to help on Wednesday, along with your
phone number, and ink it into your schedule!
